Quality counseling services are offered by owner/operator, Licensed Professional Counselor and Provisional Deacon in the United Methodist Church, Reverend Jennifer Sayers. Counseling services can be Christian- or spiritually-based upon your request. Primary therapeutic approaches are CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness.
